0:01:32in... in our lives we like open and friendly approach and the same we are
0:01:36trying to apply to our lives. So from this point, we were creating our image.
0:01:42What is our image? It's probably, for example, language, which we can use in our
0:01:50website or probably thank you letter written personally to our customers
0:01:59and there are other factors
0:02:01surely, we have to find the best place for our warehouse, so we can see

0:02:10what is our segment? Our segment are our men from twenty five to fifty five
0:02:15years old. You can ask a question: is Czech market big enough for us? I
0:02:21think so because there is more than well, two point five million potential customers and
0:02:29they are waiting for... for our help
0:02:35we need just one hundred and sixty customers to reach the breaking point
0:02:42after two weeks, when we started our service, we had fourty happy customers
